Careening Cay Resort is located on Isla Carenero and is set within 6 acres of lush, tropical landscaping and over 600 feet of waterfront. Stepping into the backyard of the resort you will walk right into untamed, beautiful rainforest. The resort is peaceful and quiet and many different birds can be heard singing in the tree canopy. Butterflies, geckos and fiddler crabs exist in large numbers here and the color of the wildlife is unparalleled. The resort is only a two minute boat ride across the bay to Bocas Town. This makes the Careening Cay Resort close to town, but far from the movement and noise that being in town can represent.
There are 6 different cabins, of which the biggest one sleeps up to 6 people. The luxury differs between the cabins. The smallest cottage features queen bed, shower, toilet, and sink with AC.
